1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Blitzzz, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the software.

2. Service Description

Blitzzz is invoice generation software for freelancers and small businesses in Canada. The software runs locally on your computer.

3. Available Licenses

Free Version: up to 3 invoices per month, “Made with Blitzzz” line on generated PDFs, no guaranteed support. Pro Version: Perpetual license for version 1.x (future major versions such as v2 are an optional paid upgrade), unlimited invoices, custom logo, priority support. Definitive Version: All future major versions included at no extra cost, multi-branding (5 companies and 5 visual identities), VIP support. Payments and refunds are processed by our partner Paddle.

4. Authorized Use

You may: use the software on your personal/professional devices, generate invoices for your business activity, make backup copies. You may not: resell, redistribute or lend your license, disassemble, modify or bypass software protections, use the software for illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

Blitzzz remains the property of KinspireTech. You obtain a usage license, not a transfer of intellectual property.

6. User Data

Your billing data remains entirely on your computer. We do not collect any billing data or your personal data, except information necessary for license management.

7. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it is error-free. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of invoices produced.

8. Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. In case of violation of these terms, we reserve the right to revoke your license.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
