Information we collect: Email address (during purchase or support contact), payment information (processed by Paddle, we never have access to card numbers or other sensitive details), License data: used only to activate and verify your software license. Information we do NOT collect: Content of your invoices, names of your clients, billed amounts, any other personal billing data.

2. Use of Information

We use your information to: process your purchase and activate your license, provide technical support, inform you of important updates.

3. Data Storage

Your invoices and business data remain locally on your computer and are never transmitted to our servers. We only store your email address and license status. This data is kept securely, hosted in Canada when possible, with encrypted communications.

4. Information Sharing

We never sell your information. Your data may be shared only with Paddle (payment processing and refunds), if required by Canadian law, to protect our legal rights in case of fraud or abuse.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, delete your account (except legal obligations), unsubscribe from communications.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation.

7. Security

We implement security measures to protect your information, with all information being encrypted. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
